I am a licensed psychotherapist located in Durham, NC, offering therapy to teens and adults of all ages including seniors, from all backgrounds in various situations with different goals for treatment. Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional. -Huraki Murakami
Meeting with you in person or online, I strive to find a balance, reduce suffering, and create a non-judgmental space that encourages reflection and growth.
I believe that we have all of the tools in us already to make the change we desire. I help people realize they can tolerate difficulty and accept, or adapt and change.
If you're visiting this page, perhaps your pain has become suffering, and you’d like to find a way through.
