BCBS

I accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC plans, and the State Health Plan. I do not accept Blue Value or Blue Local plans.

Medicare

I accept Standard Medicare— most reimbursements are covered when Medicare is primary, but this will require a copy of your Medicare card to check.

Self-pay

My fee is $155 per session.

I am an out-of-network (OON) provider for other insurance plans. Per your request, I can provide a Superbill statement for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

If you are unable to pay the self-pay amount, I do offer limited sliding scale options we can discuss. Please contact me directly about this option.

*Cancellations are asked to be made 48 hrs prior to session.

Late cancellations or no-showing to your scheduled meeting results in a fee: $140 for BCBS or Medicare, $155 for self-pay.

Excused late cancellations are considered.
